What a pair we are! All we need is a room full of fishing equipment, a few hours, and a camera! Luckily we had all three and were able to turn out a few pictures that capture his spirit. Here is one of my favorite. I used it as a "character study" submission at Hallmark.
Woke up to a light sprinkling of snow this morning. Not the sleet-like fleeting snow of Texas, rather a light and fluffy can't wait for more kind of snow! Look for yourself.
Sometimes the simplest of things is comforting. Take for instance, the handle to my home in New Mexico. This in combination with real, chile-smothered mexican food is all I needed for a little reminder of the southwest!
In search of New England life, we decided to visit the annual pumpkin festival in Keene, NH. The record for most carved pumpkins in one spot is currently held by this festival. Here is one that captured the mood of the event... more crazy than creepy.
Today was a beautiful day in New England. The epidemy of fall... slightly crisp, but sunny, and the trees were the most brilliant of shades.
